Red Wine.
Ribera del Duero

Part of our grapes comes from our own vineyards. They are 23 hectares of Tempranillo (20%), Cabernet Sauvignon (15%), Merlot (35%) and Malbec (30%), which supplies 30% of our production. We obtain 70% of our grape production from our suppliers / winegrowers. We have been working with them for many years with a great professional as well as a personal, mutual relationship. We work to control and grow about 100 hectares of vineyard with them, and from among those we choose the absolute best grapes. Most of our grapes come from vineyards located more than 900 meters above sea level.

All the grapes come from herbicide-free vineyards and all vineyard treatments are organic.

White Wine.
Castilla y León
This wine, made from the varietal Verdejo, comes from a selection of non trellised vineyards in the Nieva area (Segovia). The working relationship with these winegrowers -as well as with the Ribera del Duero winegrowers- is a close collaboration, involving everything over the course of the growing season in the search of our required quality. With good incentives and working relationship, excellent grape quality is achieved.
“They are older vineyards, which naturally don’t over produce keeping the quality intact, normally we harvest between 1,500 and 3,500 kilograms per hectare“

We work with acidic soils with a lot of small rocks that lends a component of minerality, which gives us very aromatic, smooth wines with a good acidity to make long-lasting wines.
