Golden yellow with golden highlights, very clean and bright.
Olfactory phase
Initially, ripe exotic fruit notes stand out, along with nuances of anise and fennel that express the DNA of the variety, accompanied by spices from an elegant wood, allowing the expression of the old vine.
Tasting phase
Similar to the previous vintage, with tension and nerve, and volume on the palate. It’s juicy and structured, with pronounced wood notes that produce a long and elegant mouthfeel. A wine with a long life ahead.
