Golden yellow with golden reflections, very clean and bright.

Olfactory phase

Development of ripe fruit (stone fruit), white flowers, accompanied by notes of freshly cut grass, notes reminiscent of fine pastries, notes of honey and vanilla spices resulting from working with lees.

Tasting phase

Tasting phase: Wine with tension and nerve, but with a lot of weight and structure in the mouth. It is juicy and enveloping, very long with a slight more marked bitterness as well as the wood notes that flow in an elegant way.
