Perfect ripe fruit (white fruit, citric) along with notes of bread, brioche , fine wood, balsamic and hints of nuts and scrubland.
Tasting phase
Good acidity that brings freshness and nerve and yet, unctuous and full-bodied on the palate. Nice roundannins. Long after-taste, light bitterness that lends elegance to the wine with hints of anise. Stony, flinty mouth

Verdejo (100%), harvested from a selection of head trained vineyards in the Nieva area (Segovia).

8 months in new French oak barrels, with periodic batonage in barrel.
