A creamy nose with aromas of sweet fruit (pineapple in syrup, honey, apricot) and white flowers blending with toasty notes; pastry and hints of dried fruits that evolved from the aging. Complex and well balanced with the oak. As it opens in the glass, notes of fennel, aniseed and greenness appear, finishing with balsamic notes reminiscent of black licorice.
Tasting phase
In the mouth it is luxurious, deep and creamy, well balanced, with sufficient acidity and notes of oak. It is deep, creamy mouthfeel, voluminous and structured, with a spicy aftertaste and a slight acid finish. A great example of Verdejo.
