Tasting phase

Tinto Fino, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Malbec. Selected from vineyards located between 750 and 1,010 meters above sea level.
harvest
Climatologically, it was a year with moderately rainy springs and a moderately hot summer in July and very hot in August. Very good vegetative development in spring. August and September highs were above average, and lows below average, ideal conditions for the polyphenolic maturation of the tannins. The harvest began leisurely on September 24th, picking the Malbec, after a short period of rain in early September that alleviated the summer drought. The harvest was done by hand, in ten-kilo crates, with grapes sorted on a selection table and gravity-fed in the winery, without pumps.
