Ripe black fruit reminiscent of plum and blackberry matched with mineral notes like graphite, spice with hints of pepper, vanilla and cedar, subtle and delicate touches of black licorice, with a sensation of chocolate.
In the mouth it is a wine with huge initial flavor but its sweet, ripe tannins and its creaminess mellow it into a tame, round, deep and long lasting wine. The nose combined with the palate lead to aromatic nuances and flavors that remind us of toffee and cherries in liqueur.

From a selection of vineyards within Ribera del Duero between 750 and 1,000 meters of altitude. Hand harvested in boxes of 10 kilograms ensuring the grapes arrive at the winery unbruised.
12 months in 225-liter French oak barrels. 38 different wines produced with different characteristics, depending on the vineyard, varietal and oak; hand blended to finish. A percentage of malolactic fermentation done in barrels
