harvest
Harvested from a selection of vineyards in Ribera del Duero between 750 and 1,000 meters. Hand picked into 10 kilogram boxes. The grapes are sent directly to the winery.
aging
12 months in 225 liter French oak barrels. 38 different wines produced with different characteristics, depending on the vineyard, varietal and oak. The final blend handcrafted from these wines with part of the malolactic fermentation happening in barrel. 40 months bottle aging.
