Dark, seasoned fruits; figs with a ripe nose, underscore of tertiary aromas such as spice, hazelnut, tobacco, toast, caramel, coffee, and the terrier shining through.
Luxurious and deep on the palate, sweet with ripe tannins, structured while enveloping the palate, full of flavors. Toasted oak present in the mouth and with a long and persistent finish
Tempranillo (85%), Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) and Merlot (5%).
Harvested from a selection of vineyards in Ribera del Duero between 750 and 1,000 meters. Hand picked into 10 kilogram boxes. The grapes are sent directly to the winery.
12 months in 225 liter French oak barrels. 38 different wines produced with different characteristics, depending on the vineyard, varietal and oak. The final blend handcrafted from these wines with part of the malolactic fermentation happening in barrel. 40 months bottle aging.
