
VISUAL PHASE: Beautiful cherry red colour. Bright and covered.
OLFACTORY PHASE: Perfectly ripe red and black fruit, red plum and cherry and ripe Cabernet Sauvignon. Very clean. Wood prefectly integrated with the wine, sweet spices, scrub blended with the oak toasted aromas. Elegant, fresh, attractive nose.
GUSTATORY PHASE: In the mouth this wine is intense, tasty and very elegant. Fresh in the mouth, ample and well-structured. Perfectly balanced, and intense fruit load. Lingering retronasal with notes of licorice and spices. Long and intense a ertaste.
GRAPHE VARIETIES: Tinto Fino, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec. Grapes are sourced from selected vineyards located at an average altitude of 750- 1000 mts.
HARVEST AND WINEMAKING PROCES: 2014-2015 winter was a rather cold and dry one. Very hot and sunny spring when temperatures exceeded 30 oC in May. e summer was dry and the second warmest summer on record since 1961, only surpassed by 2003. Harvest started on September 23 and ended on October 16 by picking our Cabernet Sauvignon a er a cooler than average month. e good weather and scarce rainfall resulted in healthy grapes although the yield was lower than expected. Gravity- ow winemaking process, no pumps used.
PRODUCTION: 1,566 bottles – 1,500 ml.
DENOMINACIÓN DE ORIGEN: Ribera del Duero.
After traveling the wine needs to rest at least 48 hours before serving. Keep the wine bottles in a cool place, at 14ºC – 16ºC, lying down, without sudden changes in temperature and in the absence of odors. If you keep the wines at home and without a camera, consumption is recommended before one year. Taste this wine at a temperature of 16ºC – 18ºC. Decant it before serving.
