LOOK: Clean and shine, high layer of golden color, dense and with abundant tears

NOSE: Fresh and complex nose, medium high intensity, attractive aromas of white and ripe fruit accompanied by pastry notes, fine wood very well integrated. Aromas of nuts typical of French oak, with aniseed touches.

PALATE: the palate is creamy, with structure and good acidity. Balanced wine with sweet tannins, which accompany a pleasant bitterness. Aftertaste full of fruity notes, with a lot of length and persistence. Dry fruit aromas typical of French oak, with aniseed touches.

GRAPE VARIETY: verdejo variety, from a selection of the vineyards of Nieva (Segovia).

D.O.: Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León.

HARVEST: 20 September.

ELABORATION: Pressed in vertical press and fermented in new French oak barrels.

AGING: 7 months in new French barrels, con batoneos periódicos en la mismas barricas. Crianza posterior en botella.

LOOK: Clean and bright, with a high greenish-yellow color, with a nice and abundant slow-fall tear, which indicates that we are dealing with a wine of great volume.

NOSE: Clear and complex nose, of medium high intensity, attractive aromas of white and ripe fruit accompanied by floral notes, soft toasted, fine wood very well integrated. The subtlety of the spicy aromas of the scrubland of the plateau evoke freshness and cleanliness.

PALATE: The palate shows creamy, good structure and balanced acidity with enveloping tannins. Pleasant final bitterness and aftertaste loaded with fruit notes. It came with remarkable length and persistence.

VARIETIES: Verdejo grpes selected among the vineyards of Villanueva de Duero.

LOOK: Intense straw yellow color with green tones on the edge

NOSE: Floral aroma point of the Verdejo variety well respected by the wood. Powerful, spicy, lightly toasted but fruity. Ripe fruits, memories of papaya, pear and mango, enriched with adequate doses of well-cured wood.

PALATE: Wide entry. It is sweet but not tannic. Magnificent acidity that reaches a good balance with alcohol, more fatty than tannic. Creamy.

PAIRING: Rices with fish, roast chicken, raw seafood, baked white fish, cod, oysters. Guided Birds
