VISUAL PHASE: Red cherry color, very dense and shiny.
OLFACTORY PHASE: Red and black fruit with a perfect maturity, sweet notes of red plums and cherries together with floral notes and ripe cabernet. The wood gives the wine sweet spices, balsamic, low hills, and underwood aromas with the toasted hints of the oak. Consequently, it presents a very attractive, elegant and fresh nose that does not tire the smell.
GUSTATORY PHASE: very fleshy, well built, and elegant wine at the same time. Stands out by its sweet, ripe, very creamy and round tannins for the young age that this wine currently has.
Broad and structured, with a bouquet full of very fruity and very intense nuances. Persistent retronasal marked by notes of licorice and spices. Long finish.

GRAPE VARIETIES: Tinto Fino (88%), Cabernet Sauvignon (7%), Merlot (4%) and Malbec
(1%). Selected vineyards located between 750 and 950 m altitude and 120 plots of 32 towns of
the Ribera del Duero.
HARVEST AND ELABORATION: 2014 was a normal year in terms of weather, somewhat cold
in spring but very hot in September. There was a dry summer and some rains in the fall, which
ended up complicating some harvests. Harvest began on September 28 th with the Tinto Fino
and ended on October 22 nd with the Cabernet Sauvignon. It was a long, clean and healthy
harvest, interrupted by a short period of rains that did not cause any health problems. Inside the
winery, after passing through a selection table, grapes are smoothly moved by gravity, without
pumps. The grapes arrive destemmed and whole to the deposit.

- After traveling the wine needs to rest at least 48 hours before serving.
- Keep the wine bottles in a cool place, at 14ºC – 16ºC, lying down, without sudden changes in temperature and in the absence of odors.
- If you keep the wines at home and without a camera, consumption is recommended before one year.
- Taste this wine at a temperature of 16ºC – 18ºC. Decant it before serving.
